The Custom Prefab Home, blends prefab construction with custom architectural details to create a modern, sustainable living experience. Set in the hills of Sonoma County, this home is a seamless integration of innovative prefab techniques and site-built craftsmanship, making it a truly unique living space. Constructed with Wildlife Urban Interface requirements and materials for fire safety. The living room was site built and with a steel moment frame to support the cantilevered bedroom space above.
